Revision and exams can be a stressful experience for some of our students, but there are strategies and techniques that can help to alleviate their stress. Students can access online resources on Revision Strategies and Exam Techniques from the study skills website.

For students who are experiencing significant anxiety as they approach this stressful time, they can access some online support from the Counselling & Mental Health Service (Exam Anxiety).  Alternatively, students can attend a free workshop on ‘Exam and Assessment Anxiety’. The workshop takes place on 11th January at 10am – to book a place, go to: (places are limited).
